Technical Support Credits
Our technical support credits allow you to pre-pay for Visix support in the event that you don't have a support agreement.
Support credits are available in 30-minute increments. One (1) support credit = thirty (30) minutes.
Support credits can be purchased individually, or in bundles of 5 or 10 credits at a time, for a discounted price.
1. Purchase your tech support credits here on shopvisix.com.
2. Fill out a support request on www.visix.com or email support@visix.com with your request.
3. Our Client Services Group will contact you once your purchase has been processed.
